At Daydream Esthetics our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.• All appointments must be booked through booking site •  cancellations must be made 12 hours before scheduled appointment by phone call, booking link or text. Failure will result in 25% of scheduled service being charged.•If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment you will be asked to reschedule and be charged a cancellation/ rescheduling fee of 25% of the scheduled service.•No call/No shows will result in 50% of the scheduled service cost being charged.
